Communications training for professionals
Woodruff Solutions provided employer outreach training for professionals through the Center for Urban Transportation Research, University of South Florida, and the Florida Department of Transportation.
“Strengthening Your Professional Effectiveness in Achieving Desired TDM Program Results” provided technical assistance, tailored outreach and communications training for Florida transportation professionals.
Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments-Commuter Connections also employed Woodruff Solutions to train their Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. professionals with key employer outreach and communications strategies to improve success.

First day of service communications for RideSmart
We provided a regional commuter assistance agency technical assistance in support of new commuter bus service, secured rider feedback and testimonials, video and images to support key communications, documented the first day of service to create promotional images and rider stories, and supported an inaugural event with invited dignitaries and local media.
Employer outreach services for the largest locality in Virginia
We provided tailored property management and employer communications to increase awareness and support of commute trip reduction strategies. Employer and community outreach strategies were designed to strengthen relationships with the county, support CRM database updates, and establish newly designated Best Workplaces for Commuters employers.
We also helped establish commuter transit benefits, telework and Capital Bikeshare programs. Woodruff Solutions worked closely with the county to facilitate the production of GIS based employee home locations density maps for select employers, and conducted community outreach in support of key Metrorail station closures.
